Adding Content

There are two methods to add library paths:

1. Set up Gerbera with dynamic content

   Easier to create but all setup is lost when your database is lost

   1. Go to File System view
   2. Look for folders containing your media files
   3. Click Add Autoscan Item
   4. Wait for import to complete
   5. Check logs for error messages

2. Set up Gerbera with persistent content

   A bit more complicated but safer in the long run

   1. Add an Autoscan entry in config.xml ( See documentation )
   2. Adjust further settings as required
   3. Restart Gerbera service
   4. Wait for import to complete
   5. Check logs for error messages
